The CliftonStrengths® Talent Themes are grouped into four Domains: Executing, Influencing, Relationship Building and Strategic Thinking. In this post I will talk about the Executing Domain.

People exceptionally talented in the Context® theme enjoy thinking about the past. They understand the present by researching its history.
This talent on a team provide a valuable insight to how the past will affect the future.
People exceptionally talented in the Futuristic® theme are inspired by the future and what could be. They energize others with their visions of the future.
This talent on a team will keep the mission in sight and help align the work to the desired result.
People exceptionally talented in the Ideation® theme are fascinated by ideas. They are able to find connections between seemingly disparate phenomena.
This talent on a team will bring fresh ideas. They will help the team think outside of the box.
